OceaNET Final Workshop
Hosted by WavEC Offshore Renewables and Tecnalia. Bilbao, Spain, 27th and 28th of March 2017
The OceaNET Final Workshop on “Offshore Renewable Energy farm design and O&M” was held on the 27th and 28th as a side event of the Bilbao Marine Energy Week 2017.
With a total of 52 participants, the event brought together a pool of experts and young up-and-coming researchers from the offshore renewables sector to sum up the main findings of the project and discuss current and future challenges of this emerging industry. The workshop programme covered topics on array design, implementation and O&M of offshore wind and wave energy, with special focus on the work carried out in the scope of the OceaNET Project. On the 28th the research fellows had the opportunity to present their posters at the Bilbao Marine Energy Week. You can now download the presentations below together with the agenda.
